Exploring Anatomy comes from 24 years of experience using anatomy in practice, teaching anatomy to manual therapists and movement pros, and educating about the important role understanding anatomy has on getting better results for our clients and patients.
Do you struggle to remember where everything is and what it does?
Do you understand how joints, muscles, and movements relate to each other?
Do you forget some of the actions, or need some new ideas for stretch or strengthening?
Can you draw links between multiple findings in your assessments and the pertinent anatomy?

Are you a massage therapist, athletic therapist, personal trainer and you just never grasped anatomy, didn't get enough or don't want to lose what you've got?
Are you looking for a better way to learn that doesn't blast you with all the information in a single weekend, or multiple hour online course that just makes you more overwhelmed?
Do you like to learn content that might be a bit challenging with real life examples, experiential learning and dialogue in an online platform that allows you to feel safe to explore and question?

Money is a thing. Here's the money stuff...
ON HOLD When I started to create content, and courses, one of my goals was to make learning accessible. It's not easy to travel for courses. Your brain might have a tough time with a full weekend course, and then you end up being overwhelmed and not retaining everything. AND... the cost! It's so expensive to do courses, especially when you get overwhelmed, and don't retain stuff. Sometimes you don't want to spend the money because you're not sure the course will be any good.
SOLUTION... The Exploring Anatomy IG Subscription does a bunch to minimize overwhelm, and maximize retention and learning (CLICK HERE to find out how). What it also does is give you a way to test the waters with a small financial commitment. A monthly fee of less than $7 gets you 2(ish) hours of content. For many professional associations, the CE calculation is a 2:1 which means you get one CE credit for less than $7. Do the math to calculate how much a whole cycle of CEs would cost and it's waaaaaaay less than a weekend course. ON HOLD UNTIL 2025

Why the "ish" in my numbers? While I will create content in about those numbers, you may review it slower, referring to an anatomy text or apps, making notes and coming back to concepts during Q&A or in social channels. This is all learning, and can be logged to be included in your CE submissions.
How do you keep track of it all? I got you. I've created a Google doc with formulas so all you do is put your minutes in, and it does all the math for you.
